About the Pantry

The SLHS PTSA Food Pantry is available for students and families in the SLHS Pyramid. Pantry hours for families are Thursdays 3-5:30pm and Fridays 3-3:30pm.  Order forms for SLHS students are available in the main office and sub schools. We’ve heard many of you asking how you can support families in need. We are more than happy to accept your donations Monday through Friday during school hours. Most needed items are cooking oil, dried beans and rice, cereal, jelly, dish soap, and toiletries of all kinds

  • A place where students in the South Lakes High School Pyramid can “shop” for food and toiletries
  • Designed to help close the hunger and nutrition gap for the 30% of SLHS students who are on free and reduced lunch (approximately 730 students)
  • Distribution focuses on weekends and summer
  • Since March 2017 distributed more than 4,500 bags of groceries to approximately 50 families a week
